We represent a small NJ Company, Diece-Lisa Industries [DLI], that claims that Disney …. through its use of the Lots-‘O-Huggin’ and Lotso marks and characters in its Toy Story 3 animated movie … infringes DLI’s US Trademark registration and mark for Lots of Hugs as used with the stuffed bears that DLI has been selling for more than 15 years. The dispute is pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and has drawn widespread attention:
