Please note that an attorney-client relationship will not be formed with Whitaker Chalk or any of its attorneys through submitting a request for representation or a request seeking advice.  Before an attorney-client relationship can be established, an engagement agreement with Whitaker Chalk and its attorneys must be entered into, the terms of which will be agreed to between Whitaker Chalk and the clients.  Furthermore, conflicts of interest must be evaluated before Whitaker Chalk and its attorneys can undertake any representation.  Whitaker Chalk reserves the right to withdraw from representation at any time.  Please review the disclaimer statement found on this website.
