Background

Brooke Hubbard joined Whitaker Chalk Swindle & Schwartz PLLC in 2022. Her practice focuses on complex family law matters and commercial litigation.
Brooke brings wide-ranging litigation experience to her client’s legal problems. Prior to joining the firm, Brooke worked as a prosecutor for the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office where she tried over 30 jury trials. In 2019, Brooke transitioned into private practice where she focused primarily on family law and complex commercial litigation. Brooke has broad experience in multiple litigation fields including complex family law matters, general business disputes, contract disputes, construction litigation, and personal injury.
