Background

Jake’s practice is primarily devoted to representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial, business, and construction disputes through both litigation and arbitration. Jake’s litigation experience includes disputes involving complex contractual matters, covenants not to compete, construction defects, premises liability, and catastrophic injuries.

In addition to dispute resolution, Jake regularly advises clients on a wide variety of business and contractual matters. Jake’s business practice encompasses general corporate business counsel and small to large business transactions. He works with clients in a broad spectrum of industries, including construction, insurance agencies, and manufacturing.
