Background

Jerry Sawyer has been practicing civil and commercial litigation law for 39 years. In addition to serving as general counsel for a publicly traded limited partnership from 1982 to 1985, he has represented corporations, professionals and individual entrepreneurs in various industries (construction, trucking, retail food, insurance, insurance brokerage, real estate, health care, etc.) in litigation involving such areas as breach of contract, sexual harassment, civil rights, wrongful foreclosure, partnership accounting, lender liability and property rights.
