Whitaker Chalk was founded in 1978 by a group of lawyers dedicated to client service. Since then we have been committed to helping clients achieve their goals whether through counsel and leadership in connection with domestic and international transactions or aggressive advocacy in connection with disputes. Along with the seasoned attorneys in a broad array of business disciplines, many of our attorneys have been CEOs, CFOs, Corporate Counsels and business owners.
