In late January, 2012, Thomas S. Brandon, Jr. settled a large class action lawsuit pending in state court in West Virginia. The lawsuit included more than 600 former employees against St. Joseph’s Hospital located in Parkersburg. The lawsuit was settled and then approved by the Circuit Court in Wood County at the end of March, 2012.
