Hunter McLean Files Suit on Behalf of the City of Fort Worth Against Street and Utility Contractor

Mr. McLean files suit on behalf of the City of Fort Worth asserting claims related to street construction defects.  Mr. McLean has represented the City of Fort Worth in connection with pursuing claims of defective street construction and has been successful in negotiating settlements with the contractors and recovering millions of dollars in payments and work on behalf of the tax payers of Fort Worth.

“I have had the privilege for a number of years to represent the City of Fort Worth in connection with prosecuting claims related to premature street failures.  I have helped the City recover millions of dollars and negotiated repair agreements worth millions.  This is another case where the work performed by Site Concrete was poor and not discovered until the streets failed.  We are helping ensure that the City of Fort Worth and the taxpayers of Tarrant County get what they paid for,” said Hunter McLean, partner with Whitaker Chalk.   http://www.star-telegram.com/2014/02/19/5583783/fort-worth-sues-concrete-company.html?rh=1
