Brian Smith spoke on DTPA at City Club Lunch & Learn

On April 12, 2018, Brian Smith presented a CLE on updates and emerging issues in Deceptive Trade Practices Act litigation.  Mr. Smith discussed developments in recent case law concerning DTPA with an emphasis on residential construction litigation.

The presentation was at the monthly Lunch & Learn sponsored by Whitaker Chalk and the City Club.
