Vernon Rew and Clark Cowley represented the founder and a principal shareholder of a company headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas and engaged in providing workplace incidence and case management services and programs, in the sale of the company to a private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco.  The transaction closed in June 2018.
