John Allen Chalk Named Co-Recipient of the 2016 Justice Frank G. Evans Award
John Allen Chalk has been named by the State Bar of Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Section as a co-recipient with the Honorable Alvin Zimmerman, Houston, Texas, of the 2016 Justice Frank G. Evans Award. The Evans Award is created and dedicated as a living tribute to Justice Frank G. Evans, considered the founder of the alternative dispute resolution movement in Texas. The award is given annually to persons who have performed exceptional and outstanding efforts in promoting the use or research of alternative dispute methods in Texas and are recognized leaders in the ADR field.
