Lyndon has negotiated hundreds of favorable settlements for both plaintiffs and defendants in contested civil matters, and he has prepared and tried approximately 140 civil and criminal cases in court and ADR forums.
Lyndon has successfully urged and opposed numerous pretrial dispositive motions, and he has prepared and presented numerous appeals for private clients and the State of Texas.
