For Whitaker Chalk, Lyndon focuses on trial, appellate and ADR advocacy in general business and negligence matters. Lyndon has negotiated hundreds of favorable settlements for both plaintiffs and defendants in contested civil matters, and he has prepared and tried approximately 140 civil and criminal cases in court and ADR forums.

Lyndon has successfully urged and opposed numerous pretrial dispositive motions, and he has prepared and presented numerous appeals for private clients and the State of Texas. He enjoys advising corporate clients on cost-effective dispute avoidance and conflict resolution. He has defended Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses and professionals in high-stakes lawsuits and arbitrations. Lyndon was a candidate for Texas State Representative in 2014 and Texas State Senate in 2012.
