Dave Childress

Background

Dave concentrates in resolving business disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, covenants not to compete, contracts, other commercial and oil and gas matters as well as personal injury. He looks for creative, efficient solutions to difficult problems and then tries the disputes that are not resolved amicably.

He practices in Federal District and Appellate Courts, Federal Bankruptcy Courts, State District and Appellate Courts, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He also represents parties involved in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as arbitration and mediation. His clients include businesses, large and small, public and private, as well as individuals.
