John Allen Chalk spoke at the Fort Worth City Club luncheon on August 9, 2012 on “How Disputes Are Being Resolved in Texas.”  He discussed the “vanishing jury trial” and presented an overview of the various alternative dispute resolution methods authorized by Title 7 of the Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code.
