Eric’s practice focuses on oil, gas, and energy law transactions and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked in Longview, Texas, where he familiarized himself with the East Texas oil and gas industry. His practice includes negotiating oil and gas transactions such as Purchase and Sale Agreements, Areas of Mutual Interest, and Farmout Agreements. He also regularly negotiates oil and gas leases, pipeline easement and right-of-way agreements, and prepares drilling and division order title opinions. Eric’s litigation experience includes title disputes, breaches of contracts and fiduciary duties, pipeline condemnations, torts, and various other oil and gas issues.
