Tim joined Whitaker Chalk to serve as primary counsel in the area of oil and gas law. He has several years of practice in this area, which is increasingly becoming a much-needed area of expertise in Fort Worth and surrounding locations. Mr. Malone also has several years of civil litigation experience, primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation. He served as the Municipal Judge of the City of Watauga from 1992 to 1998.

Since joining Whitaker Chalk, Tim has had many invitations to speak to various groups about oil and gas law, and about topics related to the Barnett Shale.
