Stephen S. Mosher practices primarily in the area of patent, trademark and copyright matters, with an emphasis on patent procurement. A patent practitioner since 1989, Stephen’s practice focuses primarily on patent prosecution, prior art searches and patent analysis in telecommunications, internet, electronics and mechanical fields. His practice also includes substantial support of patent litigation and licensing matters.

Before entering the practice of law, Stephen held engineering and management positions with several electronics corporations. His technical expertise includes extensive design work in analog, R.F. circuits, switching power supplies and digital hardware to suppress interference to other equipment, in product fields of consumer products, personal computers and telephone equipment.
