Matthew McDonald represents employers and insurance companies concerning workplace injuries; designs and implements alternative dispute resolution programs, insurance programs, and injury benefit plans (ERISA); and handles employment and insurance litigation. Mr. McDonald is a frequent speaker and author on non-subscription, arbitration, and insurance. He was the briefing attorney for the Honorable David O. Belew, Jr., United States District Judge, Northern District of Texas from 1986-1987.
