Paul has over twenty years’ teaching experience, including Agency & Partnership, Civil Procedure, Complex Litigation, Conflict of Laws, Federal Courts, International Law, and International Litigation. He is author of The Federal Courthouse Door—A Guide to Federal Jurisdiction and Venue, a contributor to MacMillan’s Major Acts of Congress, and author of twenty-four law review articles.
