David R. Childress has tried cases involving disputes over intellectual property, commercial matters, and personal injuries arising out of negligence. He has handled numerous litigation matters involving injunctive relief and relating to trade secrets, covenants not to compete and other commercial matters and has an active practice in collecting and enforcing judgments. He also represents participants in various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
