Bob West has extensive experience in business, real estate, and oil and gas transactions, and general representation of businesses, partnerships, water districts, and non-profit entities in transactions and litigation. He is known as a problem solver and a deal closer and particularly enjoys using his over 30 years of experience to assist clients in effectively resolving unexpected problems that arise on pending transactions. He has served as lead attorney for borrowers on multi-state secured loan transactions of up to $100 million. He holds a Title Insurance Escrow Officer License from the Texas Department of Insurance. Mr. West serves as general legal counsel for municipal utility districts and property owner associations. He also has handled civil litigation and mediation on business and real estate disputes, including serving as lead attorney on trials in state and federal courts.
