Stephen S. Mosher practices primarily in the area of patent, trademark and copyright matters, with an emphasis on patent procurement. A patent practitioner since 1989, Stephen’s practice focuses primarily on patent prosecution, prior art searches and patent analysis in telecommunications, internet, electronics and mechanical fields. Before entering the practice of law, Stephen held engineering and management positions with several electronics corporations, including Motorola, Harris Intertype, and Tandy.
Stephen applies approximately twenty years engineering experience to drafting patent applications, and has obtained patents for numerous clients in the electrical, mechanical, medical device, computer and software apparatus and methods fields.
