Bruce W. McGee serves as an advisory director to the Company and the Bank. Mr. McGee is a partner in Whitaker Chalk Swindle & Schwartz PLLC, a Fort Worth, Texas law firm. For more than thirty-five years McGee has been actively engaged in a private law practice, focusing on banking law, creditors’ rights, real estate and general business law. Mr. McGee is a 1969 graduate of Texas Christian University and is a 1973 graduate of Baylor University School of Law. He is regularly recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in the area of banking law by Thomson Reuters, and as one of the top-ranked banking law attorneys in Fort Worth by The Fort Worth Magazine.
During his career McGee has had the honor of representing a client in a significant employment law case before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, is a Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation, and is a charter member of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel.
