Michael Hutchens has experience in representation of management in matters involving labor, personnel, governmental relations and employee benefits. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to HIPAA privacy, employee benefits and employment law. He is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence award in Torts and served as both a Staff Member and an Associate Editor of the Southern Methodist University Law Review Association.
