Thomas Brandon has extensive experience in Employment Law and Commercial Litigation Prevention primarily on behalf of employers, which includes reviewing and updating policies and procedures, investigating allegations of discrimination, and representation in litigation on matters involving any aspect of the employment relationship.
Additionally, Tom has employment law experience in representing graduate school educational institutions and providing counsel to municipalities, non-profits, school boards, as well as individuals challenging dismissals or grievances in school board setting. Tom Brandon also has extensive background (+25 years) of representing religious and non-profit organizations and churches on matters involving tax issues, employment issues, structure, funding, and litigation.
